- 1wholeGreen Capsicumdiced.

- 1cup(s)Pine Nutslightly toasted.
- 1cup(s)Currantssoaked in white wine for 30 minutes, then drained.
- 1cup(s)Corianderleaves.
- 4tbspExtra Virgin Olive Oil
- 3tbspWalnut Oil
- 4tbspWhite Wine Vinegar
- 1dashSea Saltadd to taste.
- 1dashFreshly Ground Pepperadd to taste.
Directions
- 1 Combine the oils, vinegar, salt and pepper and reserve.
