Goes Well With

Ingredients

  • 4
    piece(s)
    Eye Fillet
    5cm thick
  • 4
    slice(s)
    Prosciutto
    thin
  • 1
    tbsp
    Olive Oil
  • 1
    clove(s)
    Garlic
    cut in half
  • 1
    splash
    Balsamic Vinegar
    use good quality vinegar

Directions

  • 1 Wrap a slice of prosciutto around each piece of steak and secure with a toothpick if necessary.
  • 2 Rub each end of the steaks with the cut garlic, then brush with olive oil and season with black pepper.
  • 3 Cook over a medium high heat to your taste.
  • 4 Allow to rest for a couple of minutes and add a few drops of olive oil and balsamic to each.
