Ingredients

    Sugar Snap Peas
    trimmed and blanched. drop sugar snaps into a saucepan of boiling water for thirty seconds then drain and place immediately in a bowl of ice water. when completely cooled, drain and use.

    Walnuts
    halved.
  • 8
    whole
    Cherry Tomatoes
    halved.
  • 2
    tbsp
    Walnut Oil
  • 1
    tbsp
    Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1
    tbsp
    Lemon Juice
  • 1
    dash
    Salt
    add to taste.
  • 1
    dash
    Freshly Ground Pepper
    add to taste.

Directions

  • 1 Mix the oils, lemon juice and salt and pepper in a bowl then stir through the other ingredients and serve immediately.
