    Cayenne Pepper

    Ground Oregano
  • 1
    tsp
    Dried Cumin
  • 1
    tsp
    Ground Allspice
  • 1
    tsp
    Sea Salt
  • 1
    tsp
    Black Pepper
  • 2
    clove(s)
    Garlic
    crushed
  • 1
    tbsp
    Neutral Oil
  • 1
    whole
    Avocadoes
    peeled, seed removed and flesh cut into 1cm dice
  • 1
    whole
    Red Onion
  • 1
    whole
    Tomatoes
  • 1
    tbsp
    Coriander
    chopped
  • 1
    whole
    Red Chilli
    medium sized, very finely chopped
  • 1

    Olive Oil
  • 1
    tbsp
    Lime Juice

    tortillas to serve

Directions

  • 1 Marinate steak in other ingredients for 2-4 hours.
  • 2 Make guacamole by simply combining all ingredients and reserve.
  • 3 Heat flat plate on bbq to very hot. Pour on marinated steak and turn each piece as it browns, 30 secs to a minute. Remove to a clean bowl when just cooked.
  • 4 Heat tortillas and place some of the fried steak and some guacamole in each.
