Moroccan Lamb Chops

- 8wholeLamb Chump Chops
- 8wholeLoin Chops
- 2tbspMoroccan Seasoning
- 1tspSea Salt
- 4tbspOlive Oil
- 2tbspLemon Juice
- 2tbspFlat Leaf Parsleyfinely chopped
Directions
- 1 Simply mix all the ingredients in a shallow non metallic dish, or be lazy and squish everything around in the plastic bag the lamb came in.
- 2 Refrigerate for two hours or all day and bring back to room temperature before cooking on the flat grill first, then finishing on the char grill to drain away any excess fat.
- 3 Serve with lemon wedges.
