Korean Minute Steaks

- 4wholeScotch Filletabout 1cm thick, beaten with a meat mallet to half its size again
- 2clove(s)Garliclarge, peeled and crushed
- 3tbspLight Soy Sauce
- 1tbspSesame Oil
- 1tbspCaster Sugar
- 1tbspNeutral Oil
- 1 Combine all ingredients and marinate between two and twelve hours
- 2 Remove steak from marinade and char grill each side for just a minute or two over high heat.
- 3 Serve with kimchi Korean cabbage pickles, or just some crusty bread to soak up the delicious juices.
