Grilled Sirloins With Argentinean Chimichurri Sauce

Ingredients

    whole
    Sirloin Steaks
    3cm thick
  • 1
    bunch(es)
    Fresh Flat-leaf Parsley
    chopped
  • 8
    clove(s)
    Garlic
    peeled and chopped
  • 1
    tbsp
    Fresh Oregano
    chopped
  • 1
    cup(s)
    Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 0
    cup(s)
    Red Wine Vinegar
  • 2
    tbsp
    Lemon Juice
  • 1
    tsp
    Sea Salt
  • 1
    tsp
    Black Pepper
  • 1
    tsp
    Chilli Flakes
    optional

Directions

  • 1 Bring the steaks back to room temperature and brush with a little olive oil then season well with sea salt and black pepper.
  • 2 Cook the steaks on a hot char or flat grill for a few minutes each side, turning only once.
  • 3 Then rest on a plate covered with a clean tea towel or loosely with foil for five minutes.
  • 4 To make the sauce simply place all ingredients in a food processor or blender and pulse until completely combined.
