Grilled Freestone Peaches With Raspberry Sauce And Pistachios

- 4wholePeachpeeled and halved.

- 1tspNutmeg
- 2tbspCanola Oil
- 1cup(s)Pistachio Nutspeeled and lightly crushed.
- 200gRaspberriesfrozen are fine. for the sauce.
- 2tbspCaster Sugarfor the sauce.
- 1tspLemon Juicefor the sauce.
- 2tbspWaterfor the sauce.
Directions
- 1 To make the sauce, place all ingredients in a food processor or blender and process to a sauce consistency.
- 2 Brush the peaches with the oil and sprinkle a pinch of the nutmeg over the inside of the peaches.
- 3 Place the peaches on a very hot char grill for anout a minute and a half each side, cut side down first.
- 4 Place two peach halves on each plate and spoon over raspberry sauce. Top with crushed pistachios.
