Grilled Corn With Lime Butter

Goes Well With

Ingredients

  • 6
    cob(s)
    Corn
    leave the husks on the corn.
  • 150
    g
    Butter
    soften the butter.
  • 1
    clove(s)
    Garlic
    peeled and crushed.
  • 2
    whole
    Lime(s)
    zest of 2 limes, very finely grated.
  • 1
    tsp
    Freshly Ground Pepper
  • 2
    tsp
    Lime Juice
  • 2
    tsp
    Chives
    very finely chopped.

Directions

  • 1 Mix all ingredients except corn in a bowl.
  • 2 Carefully open corn husks and force in butter then reseal them the best you can.
  • 3 Place on a hot grill for about twenty minutes, turning every few minutes.
  • 4 Serves a very messy 6.
