Figs With Prosciutto And Bocconcini

Goes Well With

Ingredients

  • 4
    whole
    Figs
    quartered or halved if small.
  • 8
    whole
    Bocconcini Cheese
    very fresh cherry (small) bocconcini cheese, halved.
  • 8
    slice(s)
    Prosciutto
    paper thin slices, quartered.

Directions

  • 1 Place a piece of cheese on top of each fig quarter and grate a little black pepper over it.
  • 2 Wrap each cheese and fig portion in a piece of prosciutto.
  • 3 Secure with a toothpick if necessary.
  • 4 Serves 8 as finger food (16 bite size pieces)
