Easy Tumeric Chicken Skewers

Ingredients

  • 600
    g
    Chicken Thighs
    trimmed of excess fat and cut into 2.5 cm pieces.
  • 2
    tsp
    Dried Turmeric
  • 1
    tsp
    Dried Cumin
  • 1
    tsp
    Dried Coriander
  • 1
    tsp
    Salt
  • 1
    tbsp
    Lime Juice
  • 1
    tbsp
    Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1
    whole
    Lime(s)

Directions

  • 1 Combine all ingredients and marinate, covered in the refrigerator for four to twelve hours.
  • 2 Thread the chicken pieces on bamboo skewers that have been soaked in warm water for an hour.
  • 3 Cook in flat or char grill until chicken is just opaque.
  • 4 Serve with lime wedges.
