BBQ T-bone With Marinated Zucchinni & Black Olives

- 1pinch(es)Black Pepper
- 4wholeZucchinithinly sliced lengthways
- 3wholeRed Chillilong chillies cut into fine rings
- 3clove(s)Garliccrushed
- 100mlRed Wine Vinegarcabernet sauvignon vinegar is best
- 300mlExtra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1tspFresh Oreganopicked & roughly chopped
- 1tspFresh Thymepicked & roughly chopped
- 2tspFresh Parsleypicked & roughly chopped
- 1wholeLemon(s)zest & juice
- 40gBlack Ligurian Olviespitted & halved
Directions
- 1 Season and rub the steaks with olive oil and thyme leave stand to room temperature.
- 2 Pre-heat char grill.
- 3 Cook steaks for 2 minutes each side or until cooked to your liking. Remove to a plate, cover loosely with foil and rest 5 minutes
- 4 Combine all ingredients except zucchini and let stand. Grill the zucchini on the char grill until just tender then add to marinade.
- 5 Serve steaks with marinated zucchinis.
