Frank Fazio in Melbourne is an experienced caterer with a passion for the barbecue. He can also talk the leg off an iron pot.
Stuart Goodman is a great cook and a wiz on the BBQ. He an Kim Terakes share the Sydney classes.
Mark Maric has cooked in top American restaurants as well as Rockpool and currently the chef at Brisbane’s Cloudland restaurant. Mark knows his tucker.
