Ingredients
 
2Cup(s)Sugar Snap Peas Trimmed and blanched. Drop sugar snaps into a saucepan of boiling water for thirty seconds then drain and place immediately in a bowl of ice water. When completely cooled, drain and use. 
2/3Cup(s)Walnuts Halved. 
8WholeCherry Tomatoes Halved. 
2TbspWalnut Oil  
1TbspExtra Virgin Olive Oil  
1TbspLemon Juice  
1DashSalt Add to taste. 
1DashFreshly Ground Pepper Add to taste. 


Directions

Mix the oils, lemon juice and salt and pepper in a bowl then stir through the other ingredients and serve immediately.
