Thickly sliced. | | 1 | Whole | Red Onion | Peeled and thinly sliced. | | 1/2 | Cup(s) | Olives | Small olives, preferably Ligurian. | | 1 | Tbsp | Fresh Basil | Torn basil, or Flat Leaf Parsley may also be used. | | 4 | Tbsp | Extra Virgin Olive Oil | | | 2 | Tbsp | Balsamic Vinegar | | | 1 | Pinch(es) | Sea Salt | Add to taste. | | 1 | Pinch(es) | Black pepper | Add to taste. |
Directions
Mix oil, vinegar, salt and pepper and reserve.
Arrange tomatoes, onions, basil or parsley and olives on a plate and spoon dressing over the top. |
